In accordance with Article 2 of Regulation 1049/2001 and Article 3 of Regulation 1367/2006, Our Fish requests access to the following documents:
All documents related to the criteria and process for the composition of the EU delegation for the annual bilateral fisheries consultations with Norway for fishing in the North Sea and the Atlantic.
Any documents containing records, exchange of letters or e-mails, minutes or notes of meetings/discussions that took place between the Commission and the Member State representatives in preparation of the 2018 EU-Norway fisheries consultations.

We thank you for your email dated 24/11/2018 by which you ask DG MARE
about the state of play of your initial request concerning the fisheries
negotiations with Norway. Please ignore the former message sent earlier
today due to a technical error.

On the 28/11/2018, your request for access to documents has been recorded
under the GESTDEM reference 2018/6302 in the database.

In accordance with the rules set out in Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001
regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission
documents, your application will be handled within 15 working days. The
time limit will expire on 19/12/2018. In case this time limit needs to be
extended, you will be informed in due course.

At present, your request is assessed by the service in DG MARE in charge
of the negotiations with Norway and you will be informed in due time of
our reply.
