Dear International Cooperation and Development,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, in relation to the project “Recovery, Stability and socio-economic development in Libya (T05-EUTF-NOA-LY-05 )”I am requesting the following documents:

- In-depth Guidelines/minutes of meetings on how to carry out the activities generically indicated in the Action Fiche of the project in relation to the implementing partner AICS
-Minutes of the meetings of the Operational Committee and evaluating reports of the impact of this project on migrants and refugees
- Any document in your possession concerning the activities carried out by the Italian NGOs Helpcode and CEFA (implementing the project through a Call for Proposal issued by AICS)

Dear Ms Pacciardi,

Your request has been transferred to the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR).

The subject matter of your request is already being assessed under your request submitted on 7 April 2020 with reference GestDem 2020/2088. As regards the latter, as well as your requests GestDem 2020/2086 and 2020/2087, we have already sent you an email dated 7 May 2020 proposing to narrow down your requests (Ref. Ares(2020)2528371), to which your replied by email dated 11 May 2020.

Consequently, we will not register a new application for the request submitted herein, which as explained is already being treated under applications for access to documents – Ref. GestDem 2020/2086, 2020/2087 and 2020/2088.
