Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Please provide a breakdown of projects that the European Commission, through its regional policy (ERDF, ESF, CF, EAFRD and EMFF), has committed funds to so far, for the funding period 2014-2020.

Please provide full details of each project, including the location, amount committed and agreed timetable.

You tell me you have no documents relating to the freezing of regional funding over the last five years.

Could you please review this assertion and square it with the fact there has clearly been instances during this period of funding being blocked/frozen. Here is just one instance:
