Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Regulatory Scrutiny Board full review / opinion on the Impact Assessment accompanying the Implementing Act laying down a list of High Value Datasets in line with the legal requirement of Directive (EU) 2019/1024 EU on open data and the re-use of public sector information

Within the Impact Assessment, it states "The Impact Assessment report was reviewed by the Regulatory Scrutiny Board on 16 December 2020, which delivered a positive opinion with comments."
