Report on renegosiation of "Safe Harbour"
Dear Legal Service,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
The report from the European Commission on the renegotiation of the Safe Harbour agreement with the United States as mentioned in an article "EU close to sealing deal with United States on data-sharing", published at the website of Reuters.

The document is supposed to discuss the final stages of the renegotiation. It is supposed to describe the stricter rules US companies face when transferring data to third parties. It is also supposed to mention the end of the Summer as the final date.
