Dear European Court of Justice,

Under the right of access to environmental information in the Aarhus Convention, as developed in Regulations 1367/2006 and 1049/2001, I am requesting information held by the CJEU.

I note that article 4(1) of the Decision of 11 December 2012 concerning public access to documents held by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the exercise of its administrative functions requires a requestor to download a form and to follow instructions from an unspecified internet site.

Bearing in mind that a considerable number of potential requestors do not have access to the internet could you let me know how such requestors could access information on the environment held by or on behalf of the Court as is their right under the Aarhus Convention and Regulation 1367/2006?
