Dear European External Action Service,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Request for contract no. 14SER01/36/81, CRIS no 392-704 and Addendum no1'.

In your reply you delayed your respond to my request. You stated that "the process of internal consultations

Documents that are requested are not very long nor are very large in quantities. Also you have not provided detailed reasons for delaying. It is not clear to me what kind of internal consultations are needed for this request.

I expect that you reply to my request promptly and in positive manner.
