under the above mentioned reference number.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 06/05/2019.

An extended time limit is needed as the process of internal consultations
regarding your request is still ongoing.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 28/05/2019.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Request for contract no. 14SER01/36/81, CRIS no 392-704 and Addendum no1'.

In your reply you delayed your respond to my request. You stated that "the process of internal consultations
regarding your (mine) request" is stil ongoing. This delay does not complies with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001. Documents that are requested are not very long nor are very large in quantities. Also you have not provided detailed reasons for delaying. It is not clear to me what kind of internal consultations are needed for this request.

I expect that you reply to my request promptly and in positive manner.
