EAHC is not in the possession of any information or documentation about the closed consultation on the possible revision of Directive 89/105/EEC. The Agency's task is to implement the three programmes that it is entrusted with and is in no way involved in the revision of regulatory acts. We cannot provide you with the document as we do not have it.
