Dear Legal Service, Dear Mrs Tilouche,
after a telephone call with the high ranked commission member Martin Selmayr I have informed the EU commission (Viviane Reding and Cecilia Malmström) about the violation of the right to family life.
http://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/docum...
Up to now the European Commission is still ignoring that the [ADDRESS REDACTED] is violating EU Law (EC2201/2003) since June 2009.
This violation of the exequator, having UK recognized court orders since 2009 that should have been executed immediately in UK, has been made perfectly clear in the petition hearing on 11th November 2014. (I am not a lawyer to decide about this and had to stop to pay horrible expensive and inefficient UK lawyers in 2009).
As the EU Ombudsman Emily O'Reilly is not willing to investigate now, I have to do it myself.
Your department has the best legal knowledge and for sure you should know the law better than Joanna Serdynska, her head of department Michael Shotter and even Paskevi Michou and the Commissioners Viviane Reding or people involved like Cecilia Malmström.
Therefore I need to know if this EU commission members have been working careful and have consulted you.
Even to know for now if the have consulted your department when Mrs Joanna Serdynska said on 11th Nov 2014, that they still cannot see a violation of EU law. https://archive.org/details/20141111Brus... and they are still not willing to start infringement proceedings against UK.
As adress, I still don't agree that you are allowed to ask but if you organization feels happy and to avoid delays:
Hauptstrasse 8, 88427 Bad Schusxenried, Deutschland.
Kindly let me know if you have further questions.
Yours faithfully,
Klaus Zinser

- all exchanges between the Legal Service of the Commission and the other Directorates General/Services of the Commission concerning your previous requests for access to documents;
- any reply from the Legal Service to a consultation that could have been made by other DGs/Services of the Commission in relation with Petition 1229/2013.
Please note that your request has been registered under reference GESTDEM 2015/2063.
In accordance with Regulation 1049/2001, you will receive a response within 15 working days. The time limit will expire on 30/04/2015. In case this time limit needs to be extended, you will be informed in due time.

Dear Legal Service, Dear Mrs Tilouche,
I think you wrote it right. To avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary delays:
"- all exchanges between the Legal Service of the Commission and the other Directorates General/Services of the Commission concerning your previous requests for access to documents;
- any reply from the Legal Service to a consultation that could have been made by other DGs/Services of the Commission in relation with Petition 1229/2013."
This includes:
(a) all exchange between Legal Services and DG JUST starting from March 2010 which led several years later to the Petition 1229/2013 (which was heard first in March 2014) including all what happened when the petition was handled up to now (e.g. the positions of the commission, quoted and published mainly from Mrs Serdynska (quote 2nd paragraph)
(b) previous requests for documents means all exchange between legal services commission and other departments caused through my FOI requests (quote 1st paragraph). This should show how often and how detailed these departments need legal consultation for FOI requests from, mainly non legal trained, European Citizens.
Yes, I think we have/ we are on the way to have a common understanding.
Yours faithfully,
Klaus Zinser
