connection with the following third parties:

# Economisti Associati
# Felice Simonelli

# Guiseppe Mazziotti
# KEA European Affairs
# Milieu Ltd.
# Nathalie Meurens
# Pierre Hausemer
# Stephane Raynolds
# Valdani Vicari&Associati (VVA)

reference number of this document.

I am especially but not exclusively looking for information in the
form of proposals, memos, studies, notes, meeting records and letters,
draft versions to and from the EPRS and also within the EPRS on the
topic.

If information under the scope of regulation 1049/2001 is not held by
the EPRS but by another section of the European Parliament, I would
like this information to be included in this request.

Sincerely yours,

Jens Ohlig

D3. At a Glance plenary note "Towards Reform of the EU Copyright

By way of additional clarifications:

On the procedure, the invitation to tender for the Ex-Post study was
published on the European Parliament tenders website
[2]http://www.europarl.europa.eu/tenders/in..., in the section
on tenders below or up to the value of €60 000, and followed a negotiated
procedure, while the three EU Added Value briefing papers, which are also
included in the European Implementation Assessment, and which focussed on
specific EU Added Value aspects, were sourced under the European
Parliament multiple framework contract (see full reference in point 1)A)
above. The main Ex-Post study features in European Implementation
Assessment PE 558.762. The three briefing papers are also included in this
European Implementation Assessment. Furthermore, please note that VVA is
part of a consortium led by ÖIR, which explains why the Order Form is
signed with ÖIR and not VVA. Please also note that Economisti Associati is
part of a consortium led by CEPS, which is why the relevant Order forms
are signed with CEPS and not Economisti Associati.

On the drafts and final versions of the study and briefing papers, the
drafts were submitted in two stages -- stage 1: draft main Ex-Post Study
and draft briefing papers;  stage 2: final contributions -- and did not
comprise any supplemental material by any of the contractors.

Yours sincerely,
