We refer to your application dated 05/09/2019 in which you make a request
for access to documents, registered on the same day under the above
mentioned reference number. Please note that due to the scope of your
request, covering also areas falling under the responsibility of other
Directorates-General, parts of your request are attributed to other
Directorates-General, under the references as follows: GestDem 2019/5153:
DG DEVCO. This reply relates only to the documents held by the
Directorate-General for the Budget (DG BUDG). You will receive the replies
from the other respective Directorates-General in due course.

 

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 26/09/2019. An extended time
limit is needed as your application requires a thorough analysis.

 

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 17/10/2019.
