Die Anfrage war erfolgreich.

Dear Research and Innovation,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- a list of all meetings attended by DG RTD officials with, or organised by, the European Risk Forum (ERF), since January 2014.

- all correspondence (including emails), as well as notes, minutes or any other reports of meetings, between DG RTD officials and representatives of the European Risk Forum (ERF) or concerning meetings organised by ERF, since January 2014.

With respect to the first part of this request, I would ask you to take into account the Code of Good Administrative Behaviour.

If you require a narrower scope for this request, please consider only meetings and correspondence on the subjects of, or relating to, the precautionary principle or the "innovation principle", TTIP, regulatory cooperation or regulatory convergence.

Please do not hesitate to get back to me if you need any further information which could facilitate your prompt handling of this request.

-- Holding reply

Dear Madam,

We refer to your e-mail dated 21 March 2016, wherein you make a request
for information and apply for access to documents. Your request and
application were registered on 23 March 2016 under the above mentioned
reference number.

Your request for information and your application for access to documents
are currently being handled.

However, we will not be in a position to complete their handling within
the time limit of 15 working days, which expires today.

An extended time limit is needed as your request for information and the
application for access to documents require the consultation of several
different services. In addition, some of the requested documents originate
from third parties which have been consulted.

Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Section 4 of Code of Good Administrative Behaviour and
Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
documents, respectively. The new time limit expires on 12 May 2016.

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience it may cause.

Yours faithfully,

DG RTD Access to Documents Team
