Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) a list of meetings that Commissioner Moscovici, members of his cabinet or representatives of DG TAXUD had between March 2013 and today insofar as these meetings related to the rules of origin verification procedures (ARTICLE 3.21 in chapter 3 on "Rules of origin and origin procedures") in the EU-Japan trade agreement.

2) minutes and any other reports of these meetings;

3) all correspondence, including emails, (from March 2013 till today) between DG TAXUD and its Japanese negotiating partners as well as DG TAXUD and DG Trade on the topic stated above.
