Dear Secretariat General,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

Transcripts and legal pleadings for the case Maximillian Schrems v. Data Protection Commissioner, Ireland case no. C-362/14.

From the CJEU Registry, it appears that the European Commission filed legal pleadings in the court case. The European Commission likely has copies of court transcripts and legal pleadings by other parties in the court case.

Yours faithfully,

Rachael Tackett
