Dear Ms. Van Vilsteren,

Following your request, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the access to the case file is subject to Article 38(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the General Court stating that no third party, private or public, may have access to the file in a case without the express authorisation of the President of the General Court, once the parties have been heard. That authorisation may be granted, in whole or in part, only upon written request accompanied by a detailed explanation of the third party’s legitimate interest in having access to the file.
