Spain infringement of Nitrates Directive
Dear Environment,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- Spain answer to European Commission's letter on Nitrates Directive last 8th November 2018 (EC gave Spain two months to answer): http://europa.eu/rapid/press-release_MEM...
- Last and next steps from European Commission after the November letter (all the documentation related with this file);
- Actual situation of the process. Did European Commission already sent a reasoned opinion? If not why or when it will happen?
- Data on nitrates pollution in Spain, main sources of this pollution and localisation of pollution sources, total emissions by source in last 10 years;
- all relevant documentation about this file.
