Stakeholder comments on services notifications
Dear DG Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (GROW),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- all comments provided to the Commission by stakeholders concerning incoming notifications regarding services, since September 25th 2020.
The background for this request is as follows: in 2019 the Commission started publishing incoming notifications regarding services (on its website https://ec.europa.eu/internal_market/imi...), inviting stakeholders to provide comments on these notifications. Following previous FOI requests submitted in March and July this year, a number of such comments were released to us. These gave us important insights into the functioning of the Commission's new mechanism around services notifications. We are now requesting access to comments that were received since September 25th 2020.
Yours faithfully,
Olivier Hoedeman
