Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents, which contain the following information:

1. The return operations (forced and voluntary) coordinated by Frontex in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and up to date from EU countries to non-EU countries, specifying:
- Each operation separately, as well as its nature (eg, JRO, CRO, etc.);
- Each EU country and non-EU country involved in each operation;
- The number of migrants and nationality, per operation, and the share of those effectively returned and the share of those whose return has failed ;
- The number of staff involved in each operation, specifying their affiliation (eg, Frontex, a specific Member State, another international organisation, etc.), as well as their specific role in the operation. This question includes the pilots and their affiliation (private companies, civil servants of a specific state, etc.)

2. The list of non-EU countries currently involved in negotiations with European Border and Coast Guard Agency to set in place return operations from EU countries.

3. All documents referring to the frequency of return operations (national, JRO, CRO, etc.) between EU countries and non-EU countries, destinations of these return operations.

4. Concerning more specifically the return operation which took place the 28th of June 2019 (Flight number ATGZ2782) from Toulouse (1:30pm) to Tbilissi (8pm) and concerned 90 nationals from Georgia :
- The involvement of Frontex in the framework of this return operation ;
- The number of staff involved in this specific operation, specifying their affiliation (eg, Frontex, France, another international organisation, Georgia etc.), as well as their specific role in the operation.
- The number of migrants effectively returned to Tbilissi, specifying their gender and age ;
- The total cost of this specific operation specifying the share between France, Georgia, Frontex, others, etc. ;
- The monitoring report of the chief of escort of the operation and of the Frontex monitor concerning the return operation to Georgia.

• The person responsible for controlling your personal data (data controller) is the Head of the Transparency Office; • Personal data is collected for the exclusive purpose of assessing the nationality/proxy of the applicant and, if applicable, the seat of the entity represented by the applicant; • Only relevant staff members have access to your data; • Your data is deleted at the latest when you receive the final reply. Processing your application takes a maximum of 15 or 30 working days depending on the number/size of the document(s) applied for; • You are entitled to access and rectify your data during the processing of your application; • During any steps of the process, you have the right to have recourse to the European Data Protection Supervisor.

Please be informed that your application pertains to a large number of documents. Kindly indicate, in order to better serve your needs, whether you would consider narrowing it down or whether you agree to consider your application as three individual applications to be processed successively.

The first application will would process point 1 regarding the years 2015-2016, the second application will would process point 1 regarding the years 2017-2019 and the third application will would process points 2, 3 and 4.
