Dear Justice and Consumers

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting certain documents submitted to the Commission as part of the review of the Law Enforcement Directive. Specifically, I would be obliged if you could provide the following documents mentioned on p.7 of the review report:

* The contributions and positions of national data protection supervisory authorities;
* The 17 contributions from civil society organisations which were on topic; and
* The observations of the German Presidency of the Council (Report by the Presidency of the Council of the European Union on the exchange of police data with third countries - experiences in the application of Article 37 of the Law Enforcement Directive, December 2020).

Yours faithfully
