Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- a list of meetings with detailed minutes and any other reports of
such meetings between DG SANTE's officials (including the
Commissioner and his Cabinet members) and the Sugar Industry Roundtable (SIRT) and/ or the World Health Organisation (WHO) where the topic of sugars was discussed.
(from January 2009 until today).

Dear Ms Klein,

between DG SANTE's officials (including the Commissioner and his Cabinet
members) and the Sugar Industry Roundtable (SIRT) and/ or the World Health

GestDem 2015/5237.
In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to
European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application
will be handled within 15 working days.
The time limit will expire on 26/10/2015.
In case this time limit needs to be extended, you will be informed in due
course.
