Sulphur ppm documentation - fossil fuel products
Dear European Chemicals Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documentation which details the sulphur levels parts per million for fossil fuel products being exported from Europe.
Under freedom of information laws, please pass on safety data sheets and any additional documentation including export notifications, technical data sheets, poison centre notifications and dangerous goods notifications for fossil fuel products dated between January 2023 and the present day, which mentions the following on the documentation:
a) sulphur levels ppm (parts per million)
If possible, or if needed to narrow the request, please prioritise documentation which mentions sulphur levels parts per million AND the names of the following manufacturers/suppliers/traders:
