Please provide me with a copy of the report of each country-by-country analysis, referred to here: http://ec.europa.eu/regional_policy/en/p...

In particular the follow EU states: Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

Dear Regional and Urban Policy,

Thank you kindly for your response.

Can you please clarify something for me. You say the assessments made we not written down in the form of a report. Can you tell me how they were noted? If, for example, they are a series of one-page documents summarising the situation, can I have access to these please? Please also advise if I need to put in a fresh request, to gain access.

If you have absolutely no written record of these assessments, can I instead request minutes of the meetings that were undertaken with the member states I have already identified?

Yours faithfully,

Chris Harris

Dear Mr Harris

You told me that my request would take 29 working days, which I calculate should have been yesterday.

Thanks a lot.

Dear Regional and Urban Policy,

Please can I have an internal review of this FOI request?

You told me on August 19 that my request would take 29 working days, which is now overdue.

I contacted you on September 29 for an update but I have not received a reply.

So I am requesting an internal view, please, so I can get some clarity on why no-one has got back to me and where we are with the request.

Yours faithfully,

Chris Harris
