Task force for better implementation 2.2

Interne Prüfung durch Generaldirektion Regionalpolitik und Stadtentwicklung wird erwartet.

Dear Regional and Urban Policy,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The European Commission set up a task force in late 2014 to look into low absorption rates of EU funds, by certain member states.

I understood there was a report, giving a country-by-country analysis, as referred to here: http://ec.europa.eu/regional_policy/en/p...

However, in your last FOI response to me you said a report was not produced.

You did however indicate meetings were held both internally and with member states to discuss the situation. Please provide me with a copy of documents, in particular, minutes of these meetings, or any other documents relating to them.

You also say action plans were agreed with members states on how to improve member states' absorption of funds. Please provide me with copies for points agreed and action plans for all the member states involved in this task force, namely Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia.

Yours faithfully,

Chris Harris

Dear Regional and Urban Policy,

I have not had a response from you via asktheeu.org for ''Task force for better implementation 2.2'' - therefore please I can request an internal review as, by law, you should have responded to me by now.

Yours faithfully,
