TCAM Documents for the fifth meeting of TCAM Working Group
Dear Enterprise and Industry (ENTR),
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the documents that were considered by the fifth meeting of the TCAM Working Group, which met in 11th July 2014.
This request is for documents that are more recent than my request reference number GestDem 2014/2413, which was registered on 15 May 2015. The postal address and personal information that I sent you in relation to that request also applies to this request.
Yours faithfully,
Simon Pike
Dear Mr Pike,

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application will be handled within 15 working days. Dear Enterprise and Industry (ENTR),
I would like to clarify this request in two respects:
1)You may exclude any document that comprises a list of members of delegations.
2)In accordance with Article 10.1 of Regulation 1049/2001, I request that documents are supplied in electronic format when available (this includes documents that have been redacted by electronic means). If these are too large to send by email, then you may send them by post in electronic format using a CD ROM or "memory stick".
Yours faithfully,
Simon Pike

Dear Enterprise and Industry (ENTR),
Further to my email earlier today, I would like to add a third clarification:
3) When a document is available in more than one language, I only request the version in English.
Yours faithfully,
Simon Pike

Dear Mr Pike,
Thank you for your message. I have been in contact with the service responsible for the file and double-checked that the requested documents are correctly published on CIRCABC. Please note that, in order to avoid duplication of information, documents are available on CIRCABC under the specific meeting no. indicated by the library's space name, and that numbering for TCAM WG is clearly indicated in the documents' name and independent from numbering of TCAM documents.
