All documents - including but not limited to minutes, (hand-written) notes, audio recordings, verbatim reports, operational conclusions, lines to take, briefings, e-mails, letters, and presentations - related to the 1 December 2022 meeting between European Commission executive vice-president Frans Timmermans and Jan Peter Balkenende, including any e-mails exchanged between (the offices of) Timmermans and Balkenende ahead and after the meeting.
Please note I prefer to receive the documents in digital format, not by physical mail. In fact, I would like to request that you do not send me any physical mail.
