Dear Madam, Sir,
I refer to my access to documents request which was filed on 2 March 2020 and subsequently split.
I have received a reply from DG CLIMA (Gestdem reference 2020/1301) on 27 April 2020, but I have yet to receive a reply to the part of my request under the responsibility of the Secretariat General (Gestdem reference 2020/1279).
SG.E.2- Natural Resources, Energy Union & Sustainability informed me on 26 March 2020 that it had to extend the time limit to reply. The new time limit expired on 7 April 2020. This is over a month ago - an unacceptable delay, for which there is no legal basis in Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents.
I urge you to finalise your reply within the next 48 hours. I kindly remind you I have the right to file a complaint to the European Ombudsman. I will not hesitate to do so.
All the best,
Peter Teffer
