Trade docs re. meetings with EFPIA and ESF

Die Anfrage war erfolgreich.

Dear Trade,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all communication, including emails, and documents (agenda, minutes, list of participants, etc) relating to:

- the meeting of Commissioner Cecilia Malmström with the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) on 24/02/2016, on the subject of "TTIP, CETA, affordable medicines"

- the meeting of Miguel Ceballos Baron and Maria Asenius with EFPIA and Boehringer Ingelheim on 19/11/2015, on the subject of "TTIP"

- the meeting of Christian Burgsmueller with the EUROPEAN SERVICES FORUM (ESF) on 27/10/2015, on the subject of "EU's trade strategy; TTIP"

Many thanks.

Yours faithfully,

Rachel Tansey,

Dear Trade,

Further to my email earlier today requesting access to all communication, including emails, and documents (agenda, minutes, list of participants, etc) relating to three meetings, I'd kindly request that you disregard the second and third meeting listed. Namely, the meetings of Miguel Ceballos Baron and Maria Asenius with EFPIA and Boehringer Ingelheim on 19/11/2015, on the subject of "TTIP" AND the meeting of Christian Burgsmueller with the EUROPEAN SERVICES FORUM (ESF) on 27/10/2015, on the subject of "EU's trade strategy; TTIP". This is because I have realised documents pertaining to these meetings have already been released to my colleague Lora Verheecke (Gestdem 2015/6565 and 2015/5684).

My apologies for not realising this earlier.

However, the request pertaining to the first meeting still stands, namely all communication, including emails, and documents (agenda, minutes, list of participants, etc) relating to:

- the meeting of Commissioner Cecilia Malmström with the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) on 24/02/2016, on the subject of "TTIP, CETA, affordable medicines"

I look forward to your response.

Yours faithfully,

Rachel Tansey,
