Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

I have yet to hear from you regarding this request for access to EU documents sent via AsktheEU.org on 26 January 2017.

In addition to the email I sent on Friday to Mr Martin Kröger in my capacity as Executive Director of Access Info, I am hereby submitting a formal complaint under both Regulation 1049/2001 and the Code of Good Administrative Behaviour for the failure to either acknowledge/register this request and the failure to respond within the stipulated time frames of Regulation 1049/2001.

I look forward to receiving an update about the status of my request immediately and at most within 10 working days.

Yours faithfully,
Helen Darbishire (Ms)
