Trilogues Social Climate Fund

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- All four-column documents related to the trilogue talks on the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a Social Climate Fund (COM(2021) 568 final; 2021/0206 (COD))
- All (draft) agendas for trilogue talks on the above-mentioned proposal
- Other relevant documents related to this proposal produced since its publication

inform you that the legislative process on the Proposal for a Regulation
of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a Social
Climate Fund is ongoing. Since trilogue negotiations on this file have not
yet started, Parliament is unable to provide you with any of the documents
requested. Please note that the first trilogue meeting is foreseen for
October 13^th.
