Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
For the past 6 months, up to and including May 31 2018 please can you detail how many Restricted Certificates of sponsorship were allocated in the different criteria bandings as detailed on page 129 of the Tier 2 and 5 Policy Guidance.
Further to this please can you also detail (for the same period) how many Restricted Certificate requests were refused from each of the aforementioned bandings.

Certificates of sponsorship that were allocated (and refused) in the
different criteria bandings as detailed on page 129 of the Tier 2 and 5
Policy Guidance", concerns a matter relating exclusively to the
competencies and activities of the UK migration authorities and the
Commission is not in a position to reply to your question.
Your request for access to documents is therefore considered as a request
for information to be processed in accordance with the Code of Good
Administrative Behaviour, and in reply to your request we advise you to
turn directly to the competent UK authorities in order to obtain the
information you are looking for.
