Dear Climate Action,

You made an initial response the content of which was to ask me to insert an address:

Additionally your website might have truncated a URL I cited, so I have re-included it in two parts:

Dear Mr Harkinson,

We discussed with colleagues from the EURATOM Agency Supply about the
request received at the DG Energy, registered under the identifier GESTDEM
2018/1070.

They informed us that you addressed an exactly identical request to the
Agency, registered as ARES(2018) 768331.

The Agency is  already in contact with you for the processing of your
request [see the copy of the email below from  Ms JACQUET Sophie sent on
Friday, February 09, 2018 1:58 PM]

In order to avoid confusion and delays, please note that the main and
unique contact for the request is the Agency who has taken the lead, in
collaboration with DG Energy.

The request ARES(2018) 768331 remains open and is processed; our
colleagues will continue use to use this email address for all replies to
the request: [1][email address]

The request GESTDEM 2018/1070 has been closed.

Kind regards

Richard Harkinson

Dear Climate Action,
Since I have not had any indication from Euratom about the nature of their response to my request, since they have failed to respond within the indicated time-frame, and since there is no indication or existing public information whereby it might be reasonably implied that Climate Action's and Euratom's responsibilities in these matters completely correspond, with no discrete responsibilities, for instance in respect of climate-related issues or with regard to due diligence about how the matters related to the request, I need to state that in respect of my request to Climate Action [GESTDEM
2018/1070. ] I regard the response either refused or un-answered. I accordingly re-affirm my original request for information about documentation. I need to state that Climate Action should re-consider their initial response, explain why that there might be no justification for a reasonably-construed interpretation of the discrete specific responsibilities of Climate Action and of Euratom, and respond. Failing a further satisfactory response, I wish to make a confirmatory application [appeal].
