Dear Ms Eberhardt
We refer to your e-mail dated 20/06/2013in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on the same day under the above mentioned
reference number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires today 15/07/2013.
An extended time limit is needed as your application concerns documents

screening them now.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents. The new time limit expires on 05/08/2013.

Dear Víctor García (DG Trade),
thank you very much for providing me with the requested information.
I herewith confirm the receipt.
May I also ask a question of clarification? Does the response to the second part of the request - documents relating to meetings between the delegation and industry associations - mean that no such meetings took place in 2011 and 2012? Because I would imagine that, otherwise, there would be documents relating to these meetings or at least some of them.
Thank you in advance for the clarification.
Yours faithfully,
Pia Eberhardt
Dear Ms Eberhardt,
Unfortunately there are no meeting reports we can make available to you as contact with industry has been limited to informal contacts (i.e. phone) which did not require the preparation of minutes.
Thanks for your understanding.
