Dear Mrs Cann

I refer to your e-mail dated 19^th January 2016 by which you make a
request for access to documents under the above mentioned reference
number. Your request refers to "a list of all meetings held with, or
including, the World Coal Association since 1 December 2014 and any
meeting minutes or reports".

Please be informed that ENER services met twice with World Coal
Association representatives during that period. On 17 February 2015 and on
16 October 2015 to discuss clean coal technologies and carbon capture and
storage with Marie Donnelly, Director, Renewables, Research and
Innovation, Energy Efficiency. There are no minutes or reports available
from these meetings as they did not result in any actions or decisions.
