withdrawal of Court case OLAF DG Vs European Commission
Dear European Anti-Fraud Office,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
I would like to know on what grounds the current Director General is giving consideration to withdrawing the Court case OLAF DG Vs European Commission initiated by his predecessor. In particular, I'd like to receive the following:
1) notes and preparatory documents, including working documents, on this matter;
2) details (e.g. dates, participants, agendas, minutes etc) on any meeting (either in person or through video or tel-conferencing tools) concerning this topic;
3) any further document exchanged on this matter (e.g. e-mails, also encrypted)
