We refer to your request for access to documents under Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and
Commission documents (OJ L 145, 31.05.2001, page 43), concerning: “C-70/18
Written Observations by Ireland”.

 

Your request is currently being handled. However, in view of the number
and nature of the requests for access to documents the Legal Service is
dealing with, we will not be in a position to complete the processing of
your request within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires
tomorrow, 25 October 2019.

 

For this reason, we will need to extend the deadline by 15 working days,
in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001. The new
time-limit expires on 18 November 2019.

 

We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.

We refer to the above-referenced three requests for access to documents
under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European
Parliament, Council and Commission documents (OJ L 145, 31.05.2001, page
43).

 

Concerning the requests under references: GestDem 2019/5524 and GestDem
2019/5643, please be informed that they have been submitted to the
competent persons for signature. However, we are still not in a position
to send our reply within the extended deadline which expired yesterday, 12
November 2019.

 

Regarding the request under reference: GestDem 2019/5958, we are currently
finalising the reply. However, in view of the number and nature of the
requests for access to documents the Legal Service is dealing with, we
will not be in a position to complete the processing of this request
within the time limit of 15 working days, which expired yesterday, 12
November 2019.

 

For this reason, we will need to extend the deadline by 15 working days,
in accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001. The new
time-limit expires on 3 December 2019.

 

We will do our best to come back to you as soon as possible and apologise
for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
