In Case C‑55/20: the Prokurator Krajowy, the Polish Government, the European Commission;
In Joined Cases C‑748/19 to C‑754/19: the Polish Government, the European Commission;
In Case C‑192/18: the Polish Government, the European Commission;
In Case Case C‑64/16: the Associação Sindical dos Juízes Portugueses, the Portuguese Government, the European Commission.

For cases C-55/20, joined cases C-748/19 to C-754/19 and C-192/18 I would like to request the Polish language version,
and in case C-64/16 I would like to request the French translation.

Dear Mr Karolak,

We refer to your above-referenced request for access to documents under
Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European
Parliament, Council and Commission documents (OJ L 145, 31.05.2001, pages
43).

Your request is currently being handled. However, in view of the number
and nature of the requests for access to documents the Legal Service is
dealing with, we will not be in a position to complete the processing of
your request within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires
today, 6 February 2024.

For this reason, this time-limit will be extended by 15 working days, in
