Currently, DIGIT has not signed an individually negotiated License Agreement with Atlassian. This means that
Atlassian’s standard terms would apply, i.e. the ones accessible through the provided links
(https://www.atlassian.com/legal/software-license-agreement and
https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/confluence). The DPA accessible via the links has not been counter-signed by
DIGIT.

Since we use a self hosted instance for confluence, there are no specific data protection
indications in the agreement. The contract is a standard license procurement and it fol ows the
general licensing conditions of Atlassian. You can find more information on
