Extension of deadline– GESTDEM 2022/6799 
Dear Ms Castro, 
Your  e-mail  of  24  November  2022  requesting  access  to  documents  has  been  well 
received.  It  has  been  registered  on  24  November  2022  under  the  reference  number 
GESTDEM 2022/6799. 
Your initial application is currently being handled.  
As  your  request spans  a  longer  time-period and  requires some  further  investigations  on 
our  side,  we  are  not  in  a  position  to  reply  to  your  request  within  the  time  limit  of  15 
working days, which expires on 15 December 2022. 
Consequently, we have to extend this period by another 15 working days in accordance 
with  Article  7(3)  of  Regulation  (EC)  No  1049/2001.  The  new  time  limit  expires  on  16 
January 2022.
