Dear Ms Castro, 
We refer to your request of 24 November 2022 for access to documents, registered on 24 
November 2022 under the reference number GESTDEM 2022/6799. 
You requested access to all documentation, including, but not limited to, attendance list, 
agendas,  background  papers,  minutes/notes  and  email  correspondence  about  or 
summarising  the  following  meetings  of  Cabinet  members  of  President  Ursula  von  der 
Leyen: 1) Meeting with BPCE (BPCE) on 14/10/2022 regarding “BPCE presenting their 
views  and  concerns  on  the  reform  of  the  crisis  management  and  deposit  insurance 
framework.”  2)  Meeting  with  Crédit  Agricole  S.A.  (CA  S.A.)  on  12/10/2022  regarding 
Bank  Crisis  management  Deposit  Insurance  proposal,  negotiations  on  the  Basel 
proposal, Sustainable finance agenda  and Digital euro set up. 
3)  Meeting  with  Société  Générale  (SG)  on  29/09/2022  regarding  “share  thoughts  on 
recent  trends  in  ESG  and  energy  related  matters  and  expand  on  securitization  or  take 
stock of the banking package file." 4) Meeting with BNP PARIBAS (BNPP) & European 
Banking  Federation  (EBF)  on  21/09/2022  regarding  “BNP  Paribas  views  on  potential 
price caps and liquidity measures in the context of the energy crisis.” 
5)  Meeting  with  Invesco  Management  SA  (IMSA)  on  05/09/2022  regarding  following 
topics:  Eu  sustainable  finance  framework  (including  on  the  corporate  sustainability 
reporting  Directive),  CMU  plan  including  on  AIFMD  review  and  on  the  consolidated
