Could I also please ask you to clarify, for each extract, the month it corresponds to, as you did with the 2015 documents?
Thank you in advance.
Yours faithfully,
Luisa Izuzquiza

Dear Frontex,
Please be informed that I am not able to access your internal platform. As you can see in this link, I cannot see the e-mail that I have been assigned: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/2014... and therefore I cannot log in.
Would you please be able to send your response in a normal e-mail, as you have always done when dealing with requests (and as you've done so far when dealing with this request in particular)?
Thank you in advance,
Luisa Izuzquiza

Dear Frontex,
Thank you for your message, but these are not the documents I requested.
My initial request asked for "Monthly Reports on the Composition and deployment of equipment from the Technical Equipment Pool"; you provided the TEP overview.
Could you please provide the correct documents as soon as possible? If Frontex is in doubt of which are the documents I'm referring to, please consult previous responses to this same request regarding other years, such as:
https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/2015...

Yours sincerely,
Luisa Izuzquiza

Dear Frontex,
No, my message does not constitute a confirmatory application. I am assuming that Frontex provided an incorrect set of documents by mistake, and I would therefore like to give Frontex another chance to provide me with the documents I actually asked for and that, based on precedents of disclosure, are clearly suitable for release.
Only if Frontex would explicitly refuse access to these documents I would file a confirmatory application.
Yours faithfully,
Luisa Izuzquiza
