Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.

I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request '21/03/2016 meeting between Jan Ceyssens and BusinessEurope'.

According to the Transparency Register, this meeting did exist: https://ec.europa.eu/transparencyregiste...

According to the same Transparency Register, Public CbCR was discussed.

If this is known, how can there be none of the documents I have requested?

Moreover, I would like to ask if it the absence of documentation pertaining to meetings between cabinet members of the European Commission and interest groups is something which is common? Is there no record of what was discussed in this meeting?

I would like to request a deeper look into the records given that if the Transparency Register mentions the existence of this meeting and states the topic which was discussed, it stands to reason that this information must have been extracted from somewhere.

A full history of my request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.asktheeu.org/en/request/2103...

Yours faithfully,

Diogo Augusto
