Thank you for your reply to our invitation. A pity you cannot make it but I understand that the timing for you is not particularly good.
So I thought, if Peter can't make it maybe his boss can later the same day.......
Could I ask you to advise Connie to say yes?
As we point out in the invitation letter (attached) the presence of the Commissioner is important to give the industry a clear signal what she expects from us. 
I am convinced that ethanol is the biofuel with the highest potential. The industry is committed to invest and to produce biofuels in an excellent way, however, we need to right political/policy signals to go the extra mile.
I would welcome your support.
