NOTE TO THE FISCALIS 2020 PROGRAMME COORDINATORS OF BELGIUM, BULGARIA,
CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, DENMARK, ESTONIA, FINLAND, FRANCE, GERMANY,
GREECE, HUNGARY, IRELAND, ITALY, LITHUANIA, THE NETHERLANDS, POLAND,
ROMANIA, SLOVAKIA, SPAIN AND UNITED KINGDOM 
Subject: 
Fiscalis Project Group "Classification and inclusion of (new) 
products in the scope of excisable tobacco products"  
Invitation for 2nd meeting  
Financial code: FPG/050/002 

The 2nd meeting of the Project Group on classification and inclusion of (new) products in 
the scope of excisable tobacco products will take place:  
• In Brussels"Albert Borschette" Conference Centre, Rue Froissart 36A, The
meeting room will be indicated at the entrance (it is anticipated to be room 4A).
• On Tuesday 28 April 2015.
• Start at 10.00 and end no later than 17.00Participants are invited to attend the
meeting until the end to avoid possible disturbances.
• The objectives of the meeting are discussion on nicotine and nicotine-free
products, heated nicotine products, collected data by MS, possibilities for tax base
and possible interactions with other EU legislation.
Two participants per invited country are reimbursed from the Fiscalis 2020 programme. 
The travel and living expenses (accommodation + daily allowance) will be covered from 
the  Fiscalis 2020 programme budget under the conditions specified in the financial 
guide. The financial code is: FPG/050/002. 
Delegates should contact their Programme Coordinator before making any travel 
arrangements. 
Officials attending events organized under the programmes have to respect the 
reporting obligation
 under the Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) of the

programme by providing feedback through Event Assessment Forms when requested. 
Programme Coordinators should encourage participants to respect this obligation. 
The agenda, badges and all the relevant documents will be uploaded on PICS.

To comply with the security rules, please confirm the participation and send by 15 April 
2015  
at the latest the surname, name, birth date and ID or passport number to 
eu. In addition, Programme Coordinators are requested to 
register their participants in the Activity Reporting Tool by the same deadline. Any 
changes should be communicated at least 4 working days before the meeting. 
Participants should bring both the invitation and the e-pass with them for accessing
