I will not be able to goth this conference either.
Can I suggest that you fix a date in November with my office for an agricultural conference in
the Netherlands that is hosted by you and EPP. Then I will be glad to attend. Write to my office
in the next few days and I will coordinate the date and event with you.

Dear Mr Hogan,
Dear Phil,

Today I was informed that a regional agricultural meeting on September 21,
2016 in Joure takes place, to which myself and you were invited, as well as
Liberal MEP Huitema.

I will not be able to attend this small regional agricultural meeting in Frisia.
Organizers informed me they will invite you too. Therefore I found it useful
to inform you I will not participate in this event this year. I hope that you
will be able to visit the agricultural sector (and agricultural family firms) in
the Netherlands with me and our EPP Group member party CDA later this
year, in view of the Dutch national parliamentary elections in early 2017.

Thanks for your understanding and awaiting your response.

Kind regards,

Annie.
