Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

- Any concept or paper the EU Commission has prepared to counter "Fake News" in the form of a European regulation;
- Any correspondence by the EU Commission with Google and Facebook regarding "Fake News".
