We refer to your e-mail dated 04/04/2017 in which you make a request for access to
documents, registered on 05/04/2017 under the above mentioned reference number.
We enclose a copy of the documents requested:
- The list of former Members of the Commission to which a transitional allowance has been
paid in April 2017 (Annex 1) and the list of former Members of the Commission to which a
pension has been paid in April 2017 (Annex 2);
- The text of the Council Regulation 2016/300 of 29 February 2016 determining the
emoluments of EU high-level public office holders where you can find the details of
allowances to which Commissioners are entitled following the 2016 changes (Annex 3).
