Subject: access to documents request - CSR regulations in the EU
From: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx
To:
xxxxxxxxxx@xx.xxxxxx.xxDear Employment, Social Affairs, and Inclusion,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Regulations on CSR on EU-level. I would like to know where I can read about CSR requirements for companies based in the EU, and also access data that is open to the public (statistics etc). In particular, I am interested in the relation to German CSR regulations. Have there been any cases where law contradicted? If you could provide me with the Case nr. I can look it up on CURIA.
Yours faithfully,
Katharina Zipelius
