registered on 01/12/2017 under the above-mentioned reference number.
You are requesting the following documents: "
Under the right of access to documents in the EU
treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all correspondence, including emails
and attachments and all sorts of documents exchanged since 9th November 2017 and now between:
-
Martin Selmayr and all members of the cabinet of Health Commissioner V. Andriukaitis - in
particular Arūnas Vinčiūnas, the head of cabinet.
-
Martin Selmayr and representatives of the government of Germany.
-
Commissioner Andriukaitis' cabinet members and representatives of the government of
Germany.
The purpose of my request is to better understand the circumstances having led to the European
Commission to maintain its proposal for a 5-years re-authorisation of the active substance glyphosate
unchanged - but I am asking for all the correspondence, not only documents mentioning glyphosate".
Please note that due to the wide scope of your request, covering also areas falling under the
responsibility of another Directorate-General, parts of your request have been attributed to another

You have received, or will receive, the reply from the other Directorate-General in due course.
