Dear Mr Teffer,
We refer to the Commission's decision adopted on 03/04/2019, following your
confirmatory application for access to documents registered under reference Gestdem
2018/2662.
Since the decision on full and partial disclosure was taken against the objection of the
third-party author of the documents, the Commission granted the third-party author
concerned a ten-day period to inform the Commission whether it would object to the
disclosure using the remedies available to it, i.e. an application for annulment and an
application for interim measures before the General Court.
As the third-party author has not signalled, within the above-mentioned ten-day period,
its intention to avail itself of the legal remedies available, the Commission hereby
transmits the documents to which full and partial access was granted.
Yours faithfully,
María Oliván Avilés
